We offer three levels of solutions management, varying from low-level consulting to all-inclusive completion. Contracts are written collaboratively with the client, to ensure both parties' interests are looked after, and funds can be placed in escrow until terms are satisfied. From customer research to home construction, we do it all.

Level I) Consulting:
    This is primarily an informational service. Initially a meeting is set-up with the client to sit down and discuss the concept. The idea is built, refined, and established. This is the majority of client-involvement. Not that a meeting is not always necessary, but it is recommended. After research and review, the client is present with relevant information and an implementation plan. This includes warnings to be aware of, requirements to be met, and a list of services or supplies required (generalized).

Level II) Management:
    This includes the steps taken during consulting, however in addition to presenting information and a plan, a detailed follow-through procedure is created. If services are required contractors are investigated and recommended; Suppliers too, are recommended. A cost estimation is included as well as a reasonable projected time-frame.

Level II) Solutions:
    In addition to the services provided in Level I & II, all services and supplies are coordinated and overseen. This is complete project management. After the initial consultation and establishment of contractual agreement, the client is required only to pay for cost of material and labor. All other requirements are handled by Eoj Solutions in an efficient and effective manner. With majority payments in escrow, job satisfaction is a prerequisite of completion.
